Is it safe to use client information with AI?
It depends on the tool and how it is configured. The Starter project ensures business accounts are used, data stays within your Microsoft 365 environment and your policy sets out what is allowed.
Do we need an IT support plan to use your AI services?
No. AI Starter and AI Workflow are available on their own. AI Support is an addition to an IT support plan.
Should we choose Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT?
If your team works in Outlook, Word and Teams, Copilot is usually the better fit. We will give you an honest recommendation based on how your business works.
